If we offer 'training' as service, we are talking about training close to the product. The product can be either your product (which we may have written about before) or a product that you use as a tool and we know well (typical case: software training). Training therefore does not have to take place in a classroom nor does a Transcom trainer have to stand in front of your students. Instead, your students can learn from training material which we have designed for private studies (perhaps using the internet) or your own trainers conduct the training using slides created by us.

But we do not want to conceal the pleasure it gives us in the training room to observe how our training concept and our training material guide the students to success.
